The Problem
Suzie’s property is a listed building, set on a village green and is nestled between a pub, shops and church. The private garden and driveway, at the rear of the property, is accessed via a steep, narrow ramp and is approached from the pub car park.
Due to the limited turning space in the garden and the position of a wall, Suzie faced the daily dilemma of either undertaking several three point turns in order to drive forwards or reverse her car down the ramp with the risk of scraping it on the wall. The result – Suzie would park her car at the bottom of the ramp or on the road outside her house.
